Vacuum Forming & Moulding.

Vacuum forming is a versatile manufacturing process used to shape heated thermoplastic sheets over a mould using suction, creating lightweight and cost-effective components with consistent detail. The process is particularly suited to producing durable, smooth-finish parts where strength, visual appeal, and repeatability are important.

Drape moulding is a plastic forming process where thermoplastic sheets are heated in an oven until it becomes pliable. It is then removed and “draped” over a single, shaped mold, using gravity or light manual pressure to conform, and allowed to cool.
